Artificial Intelligence is one of the key concepts in Digitalisation and a simple search on a job portal will help you understand that this is an exceptional opportunity to specialise.

We present the Python Development Course for Artificial Intelligence, a training program with which you can learn more about one of the most relevant languages. This course aims to prepare you for immersion in the labour market through programming in the Python language. In addition, you will be able to:

• Know and understand the fundamentals of different types of programming, such as functional programming and structured programming, with special emphasis on object-oriented programming (OOP) and how to use it in the Python language.
• To gain an in-depth knowledge of the main features and elements of the Python programming language.
• To know, install and use the different Python development environments, especially Anaconda, VisualStudio and online environments such as Colab and repl.it.
• Learn how to record and manage information stored on disk, as well as learn how to create and distribute software packages in Python.
• To understand the different applications of Python programming in areas such as interface design, database management, business or educational applications.
• Be familiar with the main design patterns and how they are applied in Python.
• Learn how to generate quality and secure code in Python.
• Know the basics of Big Data and know how to use Python resources and libraries for Data Science applications.
• Know what Artificial Intelligence is, the different current fields of application of Artificial Intelligence and be able to program Artificial Intelligence applications in Python.
• To know the different libraries written for Python and their application in Artificial Intelligence models.
• To learn about the wide range of employability and entrepreneurial possibilities in the immediate future related to Artificial Intelligence, as well as the community to belong to in order to keep up to date and benefit from the advantages of collaboration in projects in the sector.

This program is completely free and is developed thanks to the collaboration of the Local Development Agency of the City of Alicante and EOI School of Industrial Organization. This program is free of charge thanks to funding from the European Social Fund in the framework of the Youth Employment Project – POEJ.

GENERAL INFORMATION

APPLICATION 2022 AIMED AT: Young people between 16 and under 30 years of age who are unemployed and beneficiaries of the Youth Guarantee System. Preferably from Alicante. 

In order to take advantage of this training program, it is necessary to have basic programming skills. Likewise, this program is developed in online format, so it is necessary to have a computer and a quality internet connection (ADSL or fibre).

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday in the afternoon.
DURATION: 180 teaching hours + 3 hours of individual tutoring per student.
PRICE: 100% Free. Co-financed by the European Social Fund, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and the Local Development Agency of Alicante City Council.
