KEEPTALENT
The Alicante Futura Keep Talent program aims to encourage young talent in the city of Alicante, promoting the existence and financing of public-private initiatives that facilitate its retention and growth. To this end, actions related to the identification and recognition of talent will be developed, with continuous training among workers in the various sectors linked to Alicante Futura and the creation of a favourable environment to the installation of talent.
