The councillor for employment and local development and president-delegate of the local development agency, Mari Carmen de España, participated on 27 April in the Smart Primary congress, the event on technology, innovation and digitalisation that brought together different personalities from the world of digitalisation and new technologies. Throughout the event, the speakers covered the main topics on the future of the primary sectors, as well as logistics and transport in the province of Alicante.

The development of industrial and tertiary land and the improvement of conditions, investments and opportunities for our industrial areas and our companies, attracting investment, digitisation of industries and training sectors, professional training, outreach and networking actions, strengthening the role and capabilities of professionals – as many as you are in our city and in our province of Alicante – to meet the challenges of the new technological era, training of talent from childhood with robotics and STEM programs for our young people, sectoral alliances, institutional coordination and above all, work, a lot of work, which is what we can offer the Primary Sector from the City Council of Alicante and from the Department of Development and Employment that I coordinate. ” Councillor Mari Carmen de España highlighted.
